WOMAN: Because I know you'll never, ever tell anyone about the day in Palamino and that thing with the hat.

LITTLE BOY: I want you around when I am a big man because when I am a big man, I can stay up late with you. We could eat all the candy we wanted. And when I am a big man, I can carry you. Because I will be big. And I will never go away, and you won't either.

TEENAGE BOY: Because we have not yet finished our plan for world domination through equestrian interpretive dance!

WOMAN: Because nobody on earth can do a better Weird Al Yankovik on quaaludes impression than you.

YOUNG MAN: Because one of these days, you're going to wake up and realize I'm the best thing that ever happened to you.

MAN: Because I like you!

WOMAN: Because my ex hates you.

MAN: Because I would be lost without you. Seriously. I would be lost. You know I have no sense of direction.

MIDDLE-AGED WOMAN: Because that's what little sisters are for. To pester us, and make us feel all irritated and itchy and make us want to hang up on them. Forever!

OLD MAN: Because I'm not done teaching you, yet.
